Arcata Christian School
Arcata Christian School is a ministry of Arcata First Baptist Church . ACS has been a service to the community since 1973. ACS is located on the campus of Arcata First Baptist Church.
Soild Rock
Solid Rock is made up of college students from Humboldt State University and College of the Redwoods, and young professionals in the workforce, ranging from ages 18-29.
Young Marrieds
Our young marrieds ministry, Living Stones, ministers to young married and engaged couples in their 20’s and 30’s. We gather monthly for various activities, outings, and hang outs.
Small Groups
Arcata First Baptist Church believes that the Kingdom of God flows out of relationships. We also believe that relationships are best formed and developed in a small group setting.
Youth Ministry
All throughout history God has called and used youth to accomplish His purposes and to expand His kingdom. It is no different today! At AFBC we believe that God is yet again raising up a generation.
Missions
Arcata First Baptist Church has had a passion for missions and global outreach from early on in the life of the church. A rich and consistent history of over 100 years of commitment to the Great Commandment and Great Commission has marked the ministry of AFBC.
School of Missions
Redwood Coast School of Missions is a ministry of Arcata First Baptist Church. This intensive, life-changing school will enhance your worldview as well as challenge you to walk in God’s destiny for your life.
Children’s Ministry
Arcata First Baptist Church is committed to providing a safe and spiritual environment for your nursery and Sunday School age children.
